From Portugal a creamy broth of potato and collard greens
served with a Churiso centerpiece (also available without
“Churiso” Portuguese pork sausage)Spaetzle &
Chicken Paprikash with Cabbage Rolls
Spaetzle (Egg-noodle pasta) from Germany served with chicken
medallions in a Hungarian Paprika sauce. Although Cabbage
Rolls can claim most any Eastern European Country as their
home, this recipe features a blend of ground beef and Hungarian
spices.
Garden salad
An appealing assortment of California mixed greens with vegetable
confit to cleanse the palate and aid digestion, drizzled with
raspberry vinaigrette dressing.Beef Medallions, Potatoes and
Vegetables
A Portuguese favourite, Beef Medallion in a Portuguese Brandy
sauce,
Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fresh carrots and green beans.
And for Dessert!
Chocolate mousse-hearts (not Morharts) cake served with a
drizzle of Crème Anglais and blackberry compote using
berries from Allan’s very own garden.
